Ms Kanak Jani is a Chartered Accountant with 21 years of corporate experience. Her rich experience as Chief of Finance in organizations and in practice has strategic and relevant experience to drive focus on Corporate Finance, Capital structuring, Fund management, Forecasting, working capital improvement, Forex hedging, Capital budgeting, credit risk management and accounting. He has completed his insolvency examination in March 2017 and registered with the IBBI as an insolvency professional in May, 2017. He has also completed an course on International Taxation and passed an examination in the year 2013.
He has been in practice since 1997 and his core area in practice is Income Tax and Real Estate Consultation Services. He has been mainly diverted his practice as an insolvency professional since March, 2018. He has handled till today 6 as IRP, 4 cases as RP and 2 cases as Liquidation in his individual capacity. At present, he is a liquidator in 2 companies, Resolution Professional in 3 companies and Interim Resolution Professional in 1 company. Further, he has supported in various cases of CIRP since March, 2018. Further, he is a advisor of real estate companies for the purpose of taxation, planning and formulating the project viability in real estate project and a advisor in the RERA Compliance to the real estate developers.

Till now, she has handled 7 cases out of which in 6 cases she has been appointed as IRP and later reappointed as RP through CoC as RP. She has successfully resolved 2 matters of which one order has been passed and the other one is reserved for order. She has handled case as Liquidator also.
